Meet Our Poodles
Opie
Opie is our dopey, silly, and loving red royal poodle. He comes from Colorado and his father is a whopping 92 lbs! Opie is currently around 70 lbs nearing a year old. He is deep red in color, has a longer snout, and a beautiful coat.
One of the best things about him is his dopey, silly and gentle demeanor. His size can definitely lead to some humorous moments, like when he tries to fit into small spaces or snuggle up on the couch with everyone, not realizing he takes up most of the space! We call him our big teddy bear.
Poodles are known to be affectionate, so Opie loves nudging our 5 year old son for attention, always wanting to be touched or played with.
He is also extremely intelligent. His quick learning ability has made training sessions a breeze. He can learn new commands or tricks after just a few repetitions.
Stella
Our 2 year old standard red female poodle embodies such a sweet and loving personality that brings so much joy to our home. She has a lighter red coat with beautiful tight curls. She came from a farm in Missouri. With her warm demeanor and playful spirit, she has a unique ability to brighten any day. Her favorite spot is to lay on the edge of the bed, where she can keep a watchful eye on her surroundings while enjoying the comfort of being close to her family. Her favorite person is our 10 year old daughter. She loves to lay her head on her chest and cuddle up next to her. Stella's affectionate nature makes her a favorite among family and friends, as she readily offers cuddles and playful antics that bring smiles to everyone around her.
